Short-term Visual Memory Training 15 min:

This first exercise is to train your short-term memory.
At the beginning I thought it would be difficult so I started with S/T/U (intermediate) 4 letters, 400px, within a few minutes I turned it up to STUX (expert) 4 letters, 400px, but this was way to easy so I went to STUXL (expert) 5 letters, 400px and did it 10 minutes long.

What changed is that I have more focus after the exercise and I’m looking forward to improvements on this exercise.

Relaxation Visualization 10 min:

I really recommend you to use the apps Calm or Headspace. With these apps you learn to relax and come to your inner-self. It also could help you to visualise certain objects or things.

In the beginning I was all over the place with my mind from a Buddhist/Kemetic temple I went to a villa and then to Egypt and then suddenly everything went quit and peaceful. I saw woods and heard the sound of the wind through the woods and it is really relaxing. I felt an energy with me guiding me towards a quit place and I’m feeling really relaxed.
